MyDrive Supply Form & Conditions:

MyDrive is available to bona fide production music user in the UK & Eire only. ( Any applications from outside these terriories will be ignored).  All music usage must be licensed through MCPS/PRS

Applicants are required to supply their contact details so that we are able to maintain the drive, supply updates, etc

Drives are supplied free but strictly on a loan basis at the discretion of JW Media Music Ltd.  Each drive is virus checked using the latest Symantec virus definition on the day of supply.  JW Media Music cannot accept responsibility for any IT issues which may arise from the use of the drive, although it should be stressed that no installation is necessary and we are not aware of any issues relating to the uise of the drive. 

Should the client no longer require the drive, it should be prompty returned to JW Media Music Ltd

The drive remains the property of JW Media Music and the applicant agrees not to add files nor delete files from the drive.  Updates will be made available from time to time and JW Media Music will contact users to facilitate the exchange of drives supplying, if necessary, a pre-paid envelope for the return of the old drive.

JW Media Music reserves the right to charge for lost drives.
